Most of my clients get their documents created by me without ever meeting me in person. As long as you are a Texas resident I can work with you.

I have questions about Wills, Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Living Will or HIPAA Authorizations, where do I go?

I don’t live in Texas. Can I still get my documents through you?
I am only licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, so I can only create estate planning documents for Texas residents.

What if I forgot my MyCase password?
Go to the Texas Will Attorney MyCase login page and click on the “Forgot Password?” link.
How do I change my MyCase password?
After logging into the Texas Will Attorney MyCase page look for the box towards the upper right-hand corner of the screen that has your name on it. Click on the little upside-down triangle in that box. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on settings. On the left-hand side of your screen click on “Change Password” and fill out the required information.
