How Do I Work With You?

It is easy and affordable to get your Will, Power of Attorney, and other Estate Planning Documents created by me as your attorney. An office visit is not even necessary, although I can easily meet with you at my office or at your home or office if you prefer as long as you live in the Austin area. Please see the steps below:

Texas Will AttorneyStep 1: If you have any questions contact me now. Otherwise, download the ESTATE PLANNING INFORMATION FORM and fill it out on your computer to get started immediately without any financial obligation. If any questions come up you can contact me at any time.

Step 2: Forward the completed form to me.

Step 3: After reading your completed form and assessing your estate planning needs, I will forward you a quote for my fees. You will not be obligated to use or pay for any of my services by merely filling out the form and receiving a quote from me.

Step 4: If you agree to the terms listed in the quote, then pay the quoted advance fee online with a credit card. Per the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct, this advance fee will be kept in a trust account until the work is completed.

Step 5: After payment of the advance fee, I will create your documents and print them off on 100% cotton paper. Depending on the terms of your quote, I will either mail the documents to you along with advice and instructions for notarizing them, or I will meet you in person to notarize them for you. You will then have 30 days to ask any additional questions about them at no additional charge.
