About Keith Hajovsky And His Law Firm
I know how important family is to the average Texan. And whether you know it or not, being properly prepared with an estate plan is by far one of the most loving and helpful things you can do for the people you care about the most. We typically do not like to think about possibly finding ourselves in unpleasant situations in the future, but life tends to throw us those inevitable curve balls that can catch us and our family members completely off guard.
Since I feel so strongly about this, I sincerely believe that no adult living in Texas should be without a Will, Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Living Will or HIPAA Authorization because of unnecessarily high prices for legal services. Likewise, getting the appropriate documents created and the legal advice to go along with those documents should not be difficult or time consuming. For all of these reasons, I created this law practice that makes obtaining estate planning legal services easy and affordable for people.
Headquartered in Austin, I have basically dismantled the traditional law office model and created the kind of law practice that is much more suitable to how people live, work and obtain professional services in the 21st century. The secure online technology platform that I use enables me to have a virtual law office which in turn allows most of my clients to obtain my services without the need to inconveniently meet me in my office. And when my clients work with me online this greatly reduces my overhead and the inefficiencies associated with meeting at a traditional law office. These cost savings get passed to my clients, and I can still provide the personal attention that my clients expect and deserve from their lawyer. Likewise, my clients all over Texas can work with me via their computers at any time that is most convenient for them – days, nights and weekends.
As for my professional training and experience, I earned my bachelors degree in International Business from the University of Texas in Austin in 1987, and I graduated from Baylor School of Law in 1994. I have been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1994, and I am an active member of the State Bar of Texas.
On a more personal level, when not practicing law I enjoy playing soccer, traveling throughout the world whenever I get the chance. I feel very fortunate to have the life I have, and I enjoy helping others in whatever ways that I can, whether that be through my law practice or via other parts of my life.
