How Do I Work With You?
It is easy and affordable to get your Will, Power of Attorney, and other Estate Planning Documents created by me as your attorney. An office visit is not necessary, although I can easily meet with you at my office or at your home or office if you prefer as long as you live in the Austin area. Please see the steps below:
STEP 1
If you have any immediate questions please contact me now or fill out the Virtual Consultation Scheduling Form below. Otherwise, download the ESTATE PLANNING FORM and fill it out on your computer to get started immediately without any financial obligation. If any questions come up you can contact me at any time.

STEP 3
After reading your completed form and assessing your estate planning needs, I will forward you a quote for my fees. You will not be obligated to use or pay for any of my services by merely filling out the form and receiving a quote from me.

Depending on the terms of your quote, I will either email the final documents to you or I will print them off on paper and mail them to you along with advice and instructions for notarizing them. Notary services may be available depending on your location and circumstances. You will have 30 days from the receipt of your documents to ask any additional questions about them at no additional charge.
